Jogo provides website design and hosting services. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit jogo.host, contact us or use our client portal.
Information we use
We use your name, contact details, project files, account information and order or payment records to build and host your website, manage billing and provide support.
Package enquiries and saved progress
Opening a package details form creates an anonymous enquiry record for that package, linked to your browser session. Valid names, email addresses, phone numbers and WhatsApp support preferences save as you type, before you press Start Now. We may use saved contact details to help finish an incomplete enquiry. Selecting WhatsApp support lets us provide support through WhatsApp. Pressing Start Now notifies our team and opens WhatsApp; you choose whether to send the prepared message. Contact us to ask us to stop follow-up or delete an enquiry.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID to create or connect your account and sign you in. We do not access your Gmail or Google Drive, or store Google access or refresh tokens. We do not sell your personal information or use Google account data for advertising.
Cookies and service providers
We use cookies for sign-in, security and preferences, and technical logs to keep the service running. We share information with hosting, domain, payment and communication providers only as needed to deliver our services, or when required by law.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on our public pages to understand visits, package interest and completed enquiries. Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about your browser and visit. Our enquiry conversion events contain the selected package, without your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp message. We disable advertising personalisation and automatic link and form tracking. You can block Analytics using your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as needed to provide services, resolve issues and meet business or legal recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion. You can also remove Jogo’s Google access in your Google Account settings; this does not itself delete your Jogo account.
