These terms apply to Jogo’s website design and hosting services. Your agreed quote or order sets out the work, price and service period for your project.
Your project
We agree the scope, revisions and delivery schedule before work begins. You provide accurate business details, content and timely feedback. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a new price or timeline.
Payments and renewals
Pay the amounts due on your quote or invoice. Hosting and domain services run for the paid service period and require renewal to continue. Unpaid services may be suspended or expire, and an expired domain may become unavailable.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of content you supply and must have permission to use it. Ownership and handover of completed design work follow your agreed quote; third-party fonts, images and software retain their own licences. Do not use our services for unlawful content, spam, fraud or harmful activity.
Hosting and support
We provide the hosting, maintenance and support included in your package. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability; we do not promise uninterrupted service or specific sales or search rankings. Keep copies of important content and protect your account credentials.
Cancellations and questions
Contact us to cancel, discuss a refund or arrange a handover. We assess these requests against the agreed work, services already supplied and third-party charges. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
